What we collect

When you book a measure or send us a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and any photos or notes you choose to share.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to you, visit your home, write your quote and carry out the work. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for the length of our workmanship warranty, plus one year, so we can honour it. Enquiries that don’t become jobs are deleted after twelve months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@plankwell.co and we will reply within 30 days.
