Quotes

Every quote is written per room after a free in-home measure. Prices are valid for 30 days and include materials, preparation, finish and clean-up unless a line says otherwise.

Booking and deposits

A 20% deposit holds your start date. The balance is due when the work is finished and you have walked the floor with us.

Changes on site

If we find hidden problems such as damaged subfloor or moisture, we stop, show you, and agree any extra cost in writing before we continue.

Warranty

Installations carry a 10-year workmanship warranty and refinishes a 5-year finish warranty, as long as the floor is cared for as described in our care guide.

Cancellations

You can move or cancel a booking up to seven days before the start date with a full refund of your deposit.
