How much does a new hardwood floor cost?
Most installs land between $9 and $14 per square foot, including prep, materials and finish. We confirm your exact price in writing after measuring.
How long will my home be disrupted?
A typical room takes three to five working days. You'll get a day-by-day plan before we start, so you know exactly when it's quiet and when it's not.
Is sanding dusty?
We use dust-contained sanding that captures over 95% of dust at the machine, and we seal doorways and vents before the first pass.
Can we stay home with kids and pets?
Yes. Water-based, low-VOC finishes mean very little smell, and the work area stays sealed off from the rest of the house.
Refinish, recoat or replace?
If your boards have enough wear layer left, refinishing is cheaper and greener than replacing. We'll measure it and tell you honestly.
Do you offer a warranty?
Ten years on our workmanship, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on materials. It's written into your quote.
